Hi, I’m Srinithi!

I am currently a Senior UX Designer at Capital One. My path into design started in product management, and that experience still defines how I work today. It taught me to look at products through the lenses of business logic and technical feasibility, ensuring that what I design is both useful for the customer and viable for the business.

At Capital One, I lead UX initiatives for consumer facing, internal, and dealership facing auto finance products. My work focuses on simplifying the car-buying and refinancing journey, taking what is often a stressful and complex financial milestone and making it feel intuitive and transparent. Whether I’m optimizing search experiences or refining how users interact with financial data, my goal is to create clarity to help with making crucial financial decisions.

In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, trying new hobbies, and exploring new places. Recently, I tried leather making and discovered a new trail in my neighborhood!
