UX Design

This project allows customers to seamlessly continue their car shopping from their previous search session. This feature resulted in:

  • 22% of users are engaging with the recently viewed vehicles carousel

  • 11% of users are engaging with the recently searched vehicle elements on the search bar

  • 25% increase in users who return to a vehicle details page to submit a lead to the dealership, which shows intent to buy the car

Vehicle History

UX Design | Data Analytics

Vehicle history filters and search result card design

I redesigned the vehicle search result cards to include vehicle history information and added filters for more efficient searching. This feature resulted in:

  • 30% increase in leads to dealers from those who use the vehicle history filters

  • 8.28% usage of the vehicle history filters

  • 5% increase in overall leads, which directly contributes to an annual lead value of $2.5M

  • 2% increase in clicks on the vehicle card and

  • 1% increase in users who pre-qualify

Media Carousel Improvements

UX Design | Consumer Research

This project improved the media carousel on the vehicle details page to allow for a more user-friendly interaction. I conducted multiple rounds of user research to determine and prioritize features needed for a media carousel. This feature resulted in a 5% increase of overall engagement of the vehicle details page
